Registration Cost:

• Commuters: $2,300, includes lunches, a Thursday dinner, parking, and field trips.

Housing Details: Mayflower Residence Hall, includes single occupancy room, free parking and free on-campus transportation via Cambus. Check-in is after 4:00 p.m. on Sunday evening, July 17th.

Meal Details: Commuters and Non-Commuters: There will be an Orientation Dinner on Sunday, July 17th and a Graduation Luncheon on Friday, July 29th. There will also be a Thursday dinner at a local restaurant.

Cancellation Policy:

• 14-10 days prior to CTI: Schools/School Districts will be refunded 50% of tuition and fees for CTI.
• 3-9 days prior to beginning of CTI: Schools/School District will be refunded 25% of tuition and fees for CTI.
• Less than 3 day notice: Schools/School District will not be refunded any portion of the tuition and fees.

College Credit For PLTW Core Training (CTI)

Iowa State University: Teacher recertification credits will be offered through Heartland AEA. Graduate credits may be earned through an agreement with Drake University’s Continuing Education program. These credits will be offered at a rate of $100/credit.

University of Iowa: Graduate college credits are available. Five (5) semester hours of graduate credit are available for completion of the full two week CTI. The cost is approximately$230 ($46/s.h.).
