The Iowa Governor's STEM Advisory Council and Kemin Industries have announced the recipients of the 2016 I.O.W.A. STEM Teacher Award sponsored by Kemin Industries.

The Northeast STEM Region's awardee is Dirk Homewood, Project Lead The Way and mathematics teacher at Cedar Falls High School. His creative, collaborative learning environments and project based-curriculum help bring real-world STEM to the classroom for his students. 2016-17 Annual Iowa PLTW STEM Conference
Please join the University of Iowa College of Engineering as we host the 2016-2017 Annual Iowa PLTW STEM Conference. This will be a two-day conference with a traditional conference agenda and breakout sessions on the first day (September 26th) and a second, half-day of hands-on workshops (September 27th).

Please look for registration information on our website before the end of May.
