Middle School and High School Student Survey
PLTW is committed to delivering a student experience that is engaging, relevant, and challenging, and they want to hear how they're doing. That’s why, starting on Monday, May 8, PLTW is inviting middle school and high school students to provide their feedback – in a formal and measurable way – through a student survey. Students’ survey responses will influence how PLTW continues to create engaging and inspiring learning experiences and deliver them to all students.

Core Training Registration will open on April 3.
Visit the Professional Development page on pltw.org for information.

2015-16 AP + PLTW Student Achievement Results
We’re pleased to announce that more than 1,300 students received the AP + PLTW Student Achievement in its inaugural year. This first-of-its-kind achievement signals that a student is prepared for and interested in college and a career in a critical STEM-related field. Students who earn the achievement have demonstrated success in both academic and applied coursework and have experienced applying advanced content knowledge to address real-world challenges. To earn the recognition, a student must satisfactorily complete three courses in the pathway – one AP course; one PLTW course; and a third course, either AP or PLTW – and earn a qualifying score of 3 or higher on the AP Exam(s) and a score of Proficient or higher on the PLTW End-of-Course (EoC) assessment(s).

Enhancements Coming to the PLTW K-12 CS Pathway
We believe that all students – beginning at a young age – need access to high-quality computer science education. Computer science is rapidly changing, and with that evolution, we are reinforcing our commitment to providing an inspiring and inclusive K-12 computer science experience that empowers students at every age level, appeals to students of diverse backgrounds, and challenges them to solve real-world problems.
